The Carousel of Nations is returning to its traditional in-person festival format with multiple villages offering food, cultural events and entertainment.

“The Carousel of Nations has long been a mainstay of the region’s summer festival season, celebrating the diversity and cultural identities of Windsor-Essex’s ethnic groups,” said Fred Francis, Executive Director of the Multicultural Council of Windsor. and Essex County, in a news release.

“We are thrilled to have the festival return to an in-person format so our community can immerse themselves in the culture and traditions that make our community unique.”
