Inaugural Women’s Baseball Clinic scheduled for Jan. 27 – Texas A&M Athletics


BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Aggies will host the first Texas A&M Women’s Baseball Clinic on Thursday, January 27.

The fun and entertaining event begins at 6:30 p.m. at Blue Bell Park. Features of the clinic include a dinner, opportunities to meet new coaching staff and the Aggie 2022 baseball team, and a chance to learn about the great game of baseball through a question-and-answer session.

The evening features players presenting the new 2022 Fighting Texas Aggie baseball uniforms for the first time in a unique fashion show. The clinic concludes with the opportunity for participants to perform swings in the baseball hitters’ indoor cages and test their fastball speed on the indoor mound at Blue Bell Park.

“Aggie’s baseball team and I are looking forward to this event,” said the Texas A&M head coach. Jim schlossnagle noted. “What a great opportunity for the ladies of Aggieland to meet our players, learn more about the great game of baseball and practice baseball before the start of the season! The highlight of the evening will undoubtedly be the debut of our new line of uniforms and our fashion show. “

The women’s clinic is part of a pre-season prep for the 2022 campaign that includes the first launch banquet on February 5.
