MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Florida – It’s the middle of October, which means residents of South Florida could finally feel a light 75-degree breeze reminiscent of “fall” and Halloween is just around the corner.

And this year, thanks to the COVID-19 vaccine and a drop in daily COVID-19 cases across Florida, restaurants, bars and hotels are ready to welcome their guests back to their Halloween parties.
