BIG EAST signs multi-year streaming deal with FloSports

NEW YORK – The BIG EAST Conference has announced a three-year extension to its agreement with leading sports streaming service FloSports, which hosts the BIG EAST Digital Network (BEDN) presented by SoFi. BEDN on FloSports featured over 600 BIG EAST events during the 2021-22 season, which included coverage of Olympic sports and women’s basketball games, while also featuring original content such as “Shootaround” and “Fast Break “, the Conference features weekly men’s and women’s basketball broadcasts. The multi-year agreement also provides access to discounted subscriptions for students and faculty at BIG EAST member institutions.


The BIG EAST-FloSports partnership began with coverage of the 2020-21 women’s basketball season before the addition of Olympic sports and original content in 2021-22. The streaming platform complements BIG EAST’s strong national TV deal with FOX Sports, which provides comprehensive annual coverage of regular season men’s and women’s basketball games, including men’s and women’s basketball tournaments. BIG EAST presented by JEEP, as well as the BIG EAST Olympic Sports Championships. . CBS Sports Network also airs select BIG EAST men’s and women’s basketball games each year, as well as several Olympic sports competitions.
